Community Family Support Services primarily provides outpatient mental health treatment services to adults, children and adolescents, and families. Appropriately certified/license individuals will provide services in the form of case management and psychotherapy. Services will be designed to meet the needs of individuals being served. All services will be appropriate, acceptable, available, and accessible to individuals seeking services from the community health system.
